Carrie of Think Before You Stink, the website that educates people about chemical sensitivity (CS), multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS), and how to go fragrance-free, has generously donated eight (8) of her fabulous "Go Fragrance-Free!" bumper stickers!

We still have SIX (6) bumper stickers left (three sets of two).

Put one on your car and one on your powerchair, stroller, and mailbox -- the possibilities are endless! And of course, give them to friends! Each sticker is 9" x 3" with black writing on a teal background and a drawing of a suffering brain/nose on blue.

An easy way to educate others about Chemical Sensitivities and the need for fragrance-free living is to put our bumper stickers on your car! The goal is for people to see the bumper stickers, be curious enough to look at the website, and be open enough to consider using fragrance-free and less toxic products in their own lives. (Note: If you are purchasing a bumper sticker for your car, you may be more satisfied with bumper sticker #1 as the text is significantly darker than #2.)

NOTE: These bumper stickers do have a smell. If you are chemically sensitive, open outside. Unfortunately, I could not find a printing company that uses less toxic materials. If you know of one, please let me know and I will switch!

(Note from MCSer who ordered the stickers: They were not nearly as smelly as I expected. They do give off a smell, but I was able to handle them before I put them away. From smoke-free, fragrance-free, pet-free environment.)

Linda Hillyer is offering one hour of compassionate listening and support to an adult with a disability or chronic illness. Whether you are experiencing isolation, grappling with loss, or trying to find your way through a maze of bureaucracies, having another person deeply understand your experience can provide greater clarity, self-empathy, and the knowledge that you're not alone. Linda's decades of personal and professional disability experience enable her to discuss issues such as finding meaning in the face of new limitations, reshaping one's life, and communicating with family or providers.

Linda Hillyer has worked in the field of disability for nearly 20 years, for more than a dozen of those years as a peer counselor and disability advocate at Boston Self Help Center (BSHC). She has also written extensively about disability, chronic illness, and other health-related concerns and authored the website, Listen to Our Stories: Words, Pictures, and Songs by Young People with Disabilities. Linda is currently the director of the Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Project of BSHC and a student of Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
